1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Premium Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Premium Towing provides towing, vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services across the Sydney metropolitan area. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and road access.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We provide upfront quotes before commencing work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Service requests can be made by phone or through our website. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may incur a callout fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Vehicle Condition

Our operators will assess and document the condition of your vehicle before towing. Premium Towing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or conditions that are not caused by our towing service. Photographs may be taken for documentation purposes.

6. Liability

Premium Towing carries comprehensive insurance covering vehicles during towing and transport. Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our operators during the course of providing services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle, location, and requirements. You must ensure you are the registered owner or have authority to authorise towing of the vehicle. Any personal belongings left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the owner.

8. Storage

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, storage fees will apply after the first 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding stored vehicles. Vehicles unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of in accordance with NSW regulations.

9. Disputes

Any disputes arising from our services should first be raised directly with Premium Towing. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
